Oh snap! Microsoft Makes $44.6 Billion Bid for Yahoo
This looks like a move of desperation to me, but what do I know. You can read more about it here on the NYT. The biggest issue would be any anti-trust concerns. Microsoft would essentially absorb its competition and leave Google as its sole competitor; I don't like that,
