Vox needs an iPhone web application
**UPDATE**
With the recent announcement of the iPhone SDK, Six Apart has said they wish to develop a stand alone application for TypePad. I can only hope they will do the same for Vox.
The iPhone web application for Facebook is awesome. It still needs a little improvement (like some of the buttons to post are small or in an awkward location).
Very often I want to comment on a Vox post on my iPhone, but I can't Safari on the iPhone is not compatible with Vox.
Adding a customized web application will make the mobile Vox experience that much more enjoyable. There is, of course the actual mobile applications for Palm and Windows Mobile (I am sure a Vox application for iPhone will be in development soon) but they don't allow you to browse content or comment. The optimized Vox mobile page can do that. Too bad I can't force Vox to use that view.
Please Vox, add an optimized iPhone interface.
Comments
Beefing up the iPhone version would be a welcome development. Especially as I intend to migrate to an iPhone at some point in 2008. (Can't wait to see what's announced at Macworld re. the iPhone, btw)
Perhaps when the SDK comes out...or on Tuesday. :)
(Wishful thinking, I know)
I finally have my holy grail of bitchin' iPod and pretty darn good smart phone in my pocket. :)
