Good times at one of the last remaining 50's diners. Bit of a drive though, 30 minutes from our house in Batavia, OH to the diner in Seaman, OH.

I carpooled with my wife today and while we were sitting in the car she uttered:

"I love my Treo".

Cool.

We (my wife, daughter and mother-in-law) went Christmas tree hunting last weekend. I was able to slay quite a monster of a tree! It was a lot of fun. I admit though, I am quite the Scrooge!!!

We went to Young's Dairy and had a great breakfast and then proceeded to cut down a tree.

On the ride home, Sophie caught up on some much needed sleep! Apparently the whole experience (hmmm, she really didn't do anything) was way too exhausting!

After we got home we set up the tree (well, Jen did that really) and here is the end result! Not too bad!

Saw The Prestige yesterday with my wife on our monthly "date night". The movie was great, but I have to say that I preferred "The Illusionist" over this movie. The Prestige was very enjoyable, but the ending was hockey an unbelievable, when the rest of the was sincere. Too bad.

Jen, Sophie and I also walked for the "Cincinnati Walks for Kids" benefit for

Cincinnati Children's Hospital (we both work there). There was an incredible amount of people for this! You could walk around Coney Island for different lengths. Jen and I are "weenies" and did the mile walk while other hardcore folks did the 5 mile jaunt.

Sophie keeps growing and is now saying "Mommy, Mama", etc and "Daddy, dada". It is so cute! I am trying to get the audio off of my mem card with no luck- it keeps saying that the file cannot be read. Hmmm....
